This article talks about how dietary habits have changed with our current era of abundant food.

The article also talks about a case study about changes in the diets of the Chinese since 2004, which is very revealing indeed.

In India, this problem is becoming very acute. I am painfully aware of this everytime I look at what people are eating in Indian homes, and what they are filling their supermarket trolleys with.

We need a war against HFSS foods and this must not be limited only to packaged foods. A lot of the meals that Indian families cook at home have the same problem.
