Milk is yummy. But none of the available milk substitutes are. The Soy, Almond, Peanut or Rice milk substitutes taste bad compared to the real thing.

The milk substitute from Eclipse Foods sounds very interesting. The claim is that they have the exact same amino acid, fat and sugars profile of real milk and their product tastes and behaves like the real thing.

I would love to know more about the ingredients and how they are sourced/manufactured.

Is there a potential food safety angle there associated with long term consumption?
