Eating right, working out, and quitting tobacco are of no use. If you die of heart disease or stroke, it is very likely going to be because of air pollution. 

You are also 50 percent as likely as a smoker to get lung cancer, again because of air pollution.

The WHO says that about one third of all heart disease, stroke and lung cancer is because of air pollution. I am willing to bet it is higher in most parts of India.

So people, stop worrying so much about diet, exercise, and tobacco use. Protect yourself from the foul air first.
