Dhokla is a speciality of the Indian state of Gujarat. Uttam Upahar Khatta Dhokla Mix Flour is a ready made mix flour of rice flour and urad dal flour, used to prepare Dhoklas.
It contains a high amount of salt at 2.3 gm per 100 gm of the product which is the amount of salt recommended for consumption for a whole day. This means that if anyone consumes just 1 pack of this product then they get the entire day’s salt requirement.
