Like all seeds, Pumpkin seeds are packed full of valuable nutrients like magnesium and zinc and is associated with several health benefits including protection from heart disease and a good immune system.  They are also a good source of protein and unsaturated fats, including omega-3. They contain nutrients including iron, selenium, calcium, B vitamins and beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A.
Sunflower seeds are rich in B complex vitamins, which are good for the nervous system. They are also a rich source of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, protein and vitamin E. They are also a good source of zinc and are considered as immune boosters.
Flaxseeds are a rich source of dietary fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. Researchers believe the fibre in Flax seeds bind with cholesterol in the intestine and prevents it from being absorbed. It also seems to make platelets, the blood cells involved in clotting, less sticky. Because of flaxseed’s effect on cholesterol and blood clotting, it is thought that it may lower the risk of “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis).
Watermelon seeds are very high in protein, the protein in watermelon seeds consists of several amino acids, like arginine, which regulates blood pressure and is beneficial in treating coronary heart disease. Other amino acids in it are tryptophan, glutamic acid, and lysine. Watermelon seeds are rich in B vitamins, the American Cancer Society reports that B vitamins are necessary for converting food into energy and other important bodily functions. The most prevalent B vitamin in watermelon seeds is niacin, which is important for maintaining the nervous system, digestive system and skin health. It also contains Magnesium which helps to regulate blood pressure and the metabolism of carbohydrates, and also has a beneficial effect on blood sugar as well.
Chia seeds are a concentrated food which are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke. Chia seeds are a good replacement for egg in vegan cooking.
Goji berries are quite popular as a super food and are consumed by people for their reported health benefits. The American Academy of Optometry’s journal Optometry and Vision Science found that elderly people who drank goji berry juice for 90 days increased zeaxanthin and other antioxidant levels significantly.
It has also been reported that goji berries protect the retina from the ganglion cells responsible for glaucoma, a condition that can lead to vision loss.

The fact that it does not contain any artificial colour, artificial chemical flavours or preservatives makes the product even more desirable.
