Nestle Milo Cocoa Milk Malt Beverage is a beverage promoted for kids.
The product contains 13 gm of sugar in a 180 ml pack. This is almost double the sugar content of even sugary soda beverages. More than 50% of the calories in this beverage is from sugar! This is even higher than most desserts!
A product with so much sugar is not recommended  for children and even for most adults. Such sugary drinks are unsafe for those with diabetes and also for those trying to lose weight.

Nestle Milo contains milk and cocoa which is great, but it’s sugar content makes it suitable as a dessert and not a casual beverage. High sugar consumption is detrimental to the health of children and youth. It should only be an occasional part of the diet only in very small servings and that too only for healthy people.
