Millenova Ginger Zests contains corn, sorghum (jowar), finger millet (ragi), foxtail millet (korra), rice, green gram, bengal gram, ginger, lemon, honey, jaggery syrup & natural extracts, salt and rice bran oil.

The product contains a high amount of salt at 0.925 gm (370 mg sodium) per 100 gm of the product which is high and not suitable for the health of those with kidney disease and lifestyle diseases.
