Haldiram’s Delhi Style Rajma Raseela contains water, red kidney beans 16%, tomatoes, onions, refined sunflower oil, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, green chilli, salt, spices (cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, cumin seeds, coriander, cloves, curry leaves), red chilli powder, coriander leaves, and bay leaves.
Ready to eat meals like these generally contain high amount of salt and this one contains 2 gm of salt (740 mg sodium).
The product also contains edible vegetable oil-sunflower oil in it, most vegetable oils contain high amounts of biologically active fats called Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids which could be harmful in excess.

Haldiram’s Delhi style Rajma Raseela contains nutritious Rajma, Tomatoes, Onions Ginger and garlic along with other spices and condiments. It is a wholesome and healthy meal by itself!

Edible vegetable oils like sunflower oil contain very large amounts of biologically active fats called Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which could be harmful in excess. Excess polyunsaturated fats may react with oxygen and oxidised Omega-6 fats can damage body functions and perhaps even vital structures like DNA. In addition, people may be allergic to it, which can be sometimes life threatening.
Salt
High sodium diets have been known to be the cause of high blood pressure, heart disease, etc. The recommended daily intake of salt is between 1-3 grams.
