While reviewing Cadbury Nutties we find it has a very high amount of sugar at 58.5 gm per 100 gm pack. High sugar products like these if consumed regularly can cause lifestyle diseases, diabetes and obesity in kids and adults alike.
A good thing is that unlike many other chocolates which contain edible vegetable oil as an ingredient, this one has fat from milk solids, cocoa butter and nuts.
