Gits Dhokla Mix contains a high amount of salt 5.33 gm per 100 gm of the product which is over and above the amount of salt recommended for consumption for a whole day. This means that if anyone consumes just 1 pack of this product then they get a higher than the required salt amount for a day.

Gits Dhokla Mix contains urad dal flour which has a wholesome macronutrient profile.  However, as the primary ingredients seem to be rice and wheat, we recommend that to make it a meal, adequate vegetables for micronutrients and additional  sources of protein are added.
