Summary Feedback
Dynamix Cow Ghee is a popular Cows ghee brand.
There is concern about increased risk of cardiovascular disease due to cow ghees high percentage of saturated fatty acids and dietary cholesterol. Nutritional composition of cow ghee and butter is similar.
On the other hand, there is research which indicates that the  benefits of ghee are many. According to  research by scientists from the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI) they have reported in the  the Indian Journal of Medical Research, that cows ghee enhances the availability of enzymes responsible for detoxification of cancer-causing substances and decreases the availability of those responsible for activation of carcinogens.

The foodnetindia rating for this product:-
foodnetindia safety rating: 8-(On a scale of 1 to 10 from very unsafe to very safe)
Ghee has about 60-70% saturated fat. There is the possibility of ghee contributing to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease due to its high percentage of saturated fatty acids.
However, there is increasing evidence that simple carbohydrates and sugars are the real culprit behind cardiovascular diseases. The results of studies linking saturated fat and dietary cholesterol to cardiovascular disease risk are being questioned by many scientists as some studies seem to indicate that there is no such linkage.
foodnetindia wholesomeness rating: 8 -(On a scale of 1 to 10 from very unbalanced nutrition profile to excellent nutrition profile)
In our opinion, ghee (whether from cows or other animals like buffaloes) is a healthy fat and a wholesome addition to any nutritionally diverse diet.
Ingredients that are in the product but not a major source of concern in our opinion are:
Cows ghee
