Delmonte Elbow Pasta is made with 100% durum wheat semolina which is the hardest form of wheat and has the highest amount of protein and gluten than any other form of wheat.

As long as the calories from this food are not over 30% of a meal and the rest of it comes from protein and healthy fats; this is fine.
