Amul Masti Buttermilk is a milk based natural drink. It is a low calorie drink.
It is a refreshing and nourishing drink in our opinion, but the high salt content in it of 27.5 mg per 100 ml pack may be a deterrent to many people, especially those with high blood pressure and cardiac problems. It is also a rich source of calcium.

Amul Masti Spiced Butter Milk is a nutritious drink and low in calories at 29.3 Kcal per 100 ml of the drink but as it is the case with all buttermilks sold in India it has a high amount of added salt in it which forces us to lower our safety ratings for the product.
