Dushyant Harsh Krishnan: Founder
I am a food safety professional, and a lawyer. I manage India’s first food safety destination, foodnetindia.in. I created foodnetindia while still in law school and I am working to make it the resource of choice for all Indians concerned about the safety of their food.
As a lawyer, I am acutely aware of the large number of food safety and security issues affecting my health, and the health of millions of other Indians.
Through foodnetindia, I hope to make a difference and help educate people about the food they eat so that they can make informed choices.
I am a ‘fitness freak’, I work out regularly and play cricket, badminton and volleyball. I am an avid reader and enjoy music and travelling.

I am a teacher and a creative writing professional. I regularly conduct creative writing workshops for students, teachers and parents. I teach at Diamond Jubilee High School in Mumbai and I am also a Director at the Andover Bread Loaf Student Writing Workshop at Phillips Academy, Andover, USA. I have an M.A. in English from the Bread Loaf School of English, Middlebury College, Vermont.
I have chosen to contribute to foodnetindia as fitness and good health for me are priorities; and foodnetindia helps people to make healthy and informed choices about the food they buy and eat.
